At this time Smooth With Hue cannot offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for any of our items offer for sale. All sales are final, but we will gladly replace any product(s) that are damaged or lost during shipping. Please email us at askus@smoothwithhue.com for any questions regarding your order.

Why no refunds or exchanges?

All of our products are made in sterilized environments to insure the best quality for our customers. We do not want to sell you any product that may have been touched or contaminated by someone else.  

Once again, all sales are final.
